Most of our shipments are handled by express delivery. We have relationships with various internation courier service and may ship using these providers from time to time, upon our sole discretion. Tracking numbers are emailed to the address you entered when order was placed or the main email address on your Chocolate Melangeur Store Account, as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.
As a general rule, orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes, due to restrictions. World wide delivery - Free home delivery - Large Commercial machines are deliveryed to nearest possible sea or air port

In addition, when you send a payment via PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. - Delivery and Damages
It is our responsibility to the customer to help with track and verify the delivery of products purchased from ChocolateMelangeur. If tracking information indicates any issue or if package has not been received with one week of shipment, you must contact ChocolateMelangeur. We will work with our shipping providers and provide details directly to you once available.
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us immediately, if you receive a damaged product, you must also report this immediately to the carrier delivering package and to Chocolate Melangeur. Also, please take digital photos of the condition of the box and/or it's contents immediately and contact us with the specific details. ChocolateMelangeur will make every attempt to initiate and process the claim on your behalf. We will arrange spare parts to damaged parts if genuine.
- Information Verification & Suspected Fraud
During our verification process, we may contact you via email or order status. We may also contact the debit/credit card company, issuing bank or obtain additional information from third-party sources. If the information provided does not match with information on file, if you do not respond to our emails regarding Fraud order, or there is reason to consider that the card is being used fraudulently, we will cancel the order immediately and ask for that it be re-entered using verifiable information.
If you have reason to consider that your card may have been used fraudulently for purchase of products from ChocolateMelangeur.com, please contact us directly and we will work with you to confirm the validity of a charge and if essential, assist in the process of reporting fraud to your Debit/Credit Card issuer.If it is found that customer details are being used fraudulently, we will cooperate to the fullest extent with law enforcement agencies.
